For America's 250th birthday, Mannii launched Operation Flaky Freedom to swipe Germany's croissant record and bring it home to America.

Mannii wanted to bring America a world record for its semiquincentennial. Germany's 85 cm croissant gave him a target, and Serendipity3 and Rockland Bakery joined him for a very oversized birthday present.
With Sean McConnell leading the bake, the team produced a 106.05 cm croissant. Rockland County Department of Weights & Measures officials verified the length. America could finally exhale. The croissant record was back in America, where it belongs.
We hold these crumbs to be self-evident.
